5 Axis CNC Router Plastic Machining

3 & 5 Axis CNC Router Plastic Machining

Crystal Craft utilizes state-of-the-art technology, CNC machinery, and manufacturing processes to develop, engineer, and create various tooling, molds, jigs, and products of the highest quality and to the tightest tolerances imaginable. Our expertise and use of this machinery grants us the ability to meet strict deadlines and cut through heavy gauge material in a fraction of time reducing plastic waste and allowing for higher yield of plastic parts.

3 Axis CNC Routing

Crystal Craft has an extensive knowledge in CNC programming and machining of plastic parts. With our vast array of tooling, state-of-the-art technology, and engineering processes, we have the ability to meet the toughest of production demands for any deadline. The use of the 3 axis computer numerical control systems grants us the ability to machine thin to medium gauge plastic materials up to 2 inch thick. Furthermore, these systems allow us to design, program, and manufacture various toolings, jigs, molds, etc. to aid in the production of small to large part assemblies requiring plastic fabrication and / or thermoforming processes.

5 Axis CNC Routing

Crystal Craft is constantly raising the bar when it comes to custom manufacturing involving plastic fabrication and plastic thermoforming. With the advent of 5 axis computer numerical control systems, we are able to machine heavy gauge plastic materials 2 inches thick or more. Thus, allowing for massively detailed sculptures, furniture, lighting diffusers, museum displays, aerospace components and other oversized parts to be machined to the tightest tolerances required. This machinery is a game-changer when it comes to manufacturing and there is no question that Crystal Craft would utilize such tools to our advantage when creating unique pieces of art.
