Packaging
Crystal Craft provides expert packaging services for all of the custom products that we manufacture. In order to be as sustainable and green-thinking as possible, we reuse and recycle all packaging supplies such as pallets, cardboard, shrink wrap, boxes, bubble wrap, foam, peanuts, etc. Producing as little waste as possible is our goal.
Securely packaging these custom plastic parts is key to avoid mishaps in handling and logistics. Since these products have hours of R&D, engineering, programming, and manufacturing behind them, as well as being hand-made, we hate to see products damaged in logistics or handling when there is such an easy fix with how they are packaged and prepared.
Palletization
Crystal Craft highly recommends the packaging and palletization of all plastic parts that are in high-quantity, oversized, heavy, bulky, extremely fragile, expensive, manufactured with expedited lead times, or sculpture-like to avoid any mishaps in logistics and handling. A majority of the plastic products we manufacture are for high-end casinos, hotels, museums, Fortune-500 companies, businesses, residences, exhibitions or trade shows, etc. Many of which are on very strict deadlines and cannot risk the items getting damaged by negligent handling by freight couriers. This is why Crystal Craft goes above and beyond to always provide expert packaging and palletization services for the parts that we manufacture.
