Plastic Bending
Crystal Craft provides expert plastic bending services using your provided molds or tooling. Our team has mastered the artform of bending plastic from thin to heavy gauge plastics (1”, 2” thick or more). No matter the angle, shape or radius, we can bend to the desired specifications.
If tooling is not available, then we can aide in the research and development of a custom mold for your project. Using your provided 3D CAD drawings, we can program and engineer a suitable mold for your application. If these files are not yet developed, Crystal Craft can help. Our engineering team is eager and capable of making your vision a reality.
